Clover® GO Questions

When supplied through Prime POS Solutions, the Clover® GO hardware runs the Prime POS app — not the Clover app. This gives you access to Prime POS's full feature set, your existing product catalogue, and centralised reporting alongside any other Prime POS devices on your account.

Clover® GO sends digital receipts by SMS or email as standard. For printed receipts, it pairs via Bluetooth with a portable 58mm thermal printer. We offer several portable printer options to bundle with your GO reader.

Clover® GO is ideal for mobile and low-volume use. For a permanent counter with high transaction volumes, we recommend pairing it with or replacing it with the Clover® MINI or Clover® Flex Gen 4 for a more complete countertop experience.
